1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between users of the jaya platform and all its services. By accessing jaya's website, mobile application, or any related service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Account Registration and Verification

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account at jaya, you must provide accurate and complete information. Your name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details entered at registration must be truthful and up to date. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited, and such accounts may be closed at any time.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person, household, device, IP address, or payment method is not permitted. If multiple accounts are detected, they will be permanently closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Verification

jaya may request documents or other proof of identity at any time for verification purposes. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete. Account verification is mandatory to receive certain offers, such as birthday bonuses.

3. Age and Eligibility Requirements

All jaya services are for persons aged 21 or above only. Registration or gameplay by minors (under 21) is strictly prohibited. If a minor creates an account and this is later confirmed, the account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Processing time may vary depending on the user's account verification status, technical conditions, and the payment provider's availability.

4.3 Source of Funds

Users must confirm that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and that the mobile banking account used is registered in their own name. Depositing via a third party's account is prohibited.

4.4 Deposit and Withdrawal Verification

jaya reserves the right to verify any deposit or withdrawal transaction for security purposes. For unusual or suspicious transactions, jaya may request additional information or temporarily hold the transaction.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jaya offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000, and you must wager ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 before withdrawing.

5.2 Other Promotions

jaya runs various promotions including weekly reload rewards, Friday special deposit offers, slot festival bonuses, birthday gifts, and a refer-a-friend benefit. Each offer has its own terms and wagering requirements, which are described in detail on that offer's page.

5.3 Bonus Claim Rules

• A user may claim an offer only once, unless the offer description states otherwise.
• The required minimum deposit condition must be met before receiving a bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly without completing the wagering requirement.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — the next bonus may only be claimed after the wagering on the current one is complete.
• A minimum deposit of ৳100 applies for deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is successfully placed, a confirmation message will be sent from the system. jaya reserves the right to cancel bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds. The original stake for any cancelled bet will be returned to the user's account.

6.2 Sports Betting

For cricket, football, and other sports betting, bets can be placed both before and during a match. Bets are available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and various other international tournaments. jaya reserves the right to change odds, and the odds at the time the bet is placed are final.

6.3 Casino Games

Live casino, slots, baccarat, roulette, and other games have their own rules displayed within each game interface. Both the game provider's rules and jaya's general policies apply.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Betting using match fixing or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to jaya's systems.
• Using another user's account or stealing account information.
• Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to gain unfair advantage.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure without prior notice and all balances will be forfeited.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure at User's Request

Users may close their account at any time by contacting jaya's support team. Any balance remaining in the account may be withdrawn before closure, but any conditional bonuses will be cancelled.

8.2 Suspension by jaya

jaya may temporarily suspend an account for security investigations, breach of terms, or suspicious activity. After investigation, the account may be reactivated or permanently closed.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

9. Limitation of Liability

jaya will not be liable for losses caused by technical errors, server issues, internet outages, or other unavoidable circumstances. However, in such situations, affected bets will be cancelled and the original stake will be refunded.

Users are fully responsible for keeping their account login details (username and password) secure. jaya will not be liable for losses resulting from third-party access to an account.

We are not responsible for the quality or accuracy of third-party games or services displayed on the jaya platform. Game software providers offer their services under their own terms.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
